Have not been writing for so long..... missed the solidarity. Being on your own and writing your thoughts down without the every day noise.
Very busy with work (which is very good) specially year end, orders just keeping piling in. Very good!

Mussel Masak Lemak - Yummy Yummy
A MUST try for seafood lovers....
Let's start with the ingredients:-
500g mussels
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups water
1 pack Brahim's Lemak (I cheat bit... makes life much easier)
1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
1 stalk parsley (chopped)
1 onion (whole, chopped)
2 red chilli (chopped half & d-seed)
2 green chilli (chopped half & d-seed)
1 tbsp cooking oil
Now let's get started...
Heat wok, then add cooking oil.... when hot throw in chopped onion. Fry till fragrant...
Add red & green chilies.
After about 1 min or 2, add in Brahim's Lemak pack, coconut & water stir well then add mussels.
Cover for about 5 mins then half spring onion & parsley (save the other half for garnish).
Stir well and cover again for 7 to 8 mins (or until mussels cook).

Apple
My hubby and I had been toying with the idea of getting a kitten or a puppy for a very long time... Since we both use to have either dogs or cats growing up, we though why not.
But you know stuffs always got in the way (we call it LIFE... hahahaha), so we never gotten around to it.
Lately my son have always been bugging us on getting a pet... to him whether its a pup or cat makes no matter. As long as he gets one...
So in late May... one of my hubby's German client shared with my hubby that he's decided to give up one of his kitten so my hubby decided to take this as a sign that its time! So we adopted the little fellow...
I named her APPLE... I've loaded pics of her (she have her own TENT.... don't play play ok.... hahahaha)
